Yes, you can apply for a refund within 14 days after purchase. Provide your order number to support@ticktick.com.

If I forgot to renew, will I lost data?

Your data (lists, tasks, images, etc.) wont be lost, but you are not allowed to add more, because you have already exceeded the upper limit for free account. And you cannot use any other premium features before you renew your account.
