Yes, you can apply for a refund within 14 days after purchase. Just send your order number to support@ticktick.com.

If I forgot to renew, will I lost data?

We do our best to protect your data. After your Pro account expired, all your data would be kept. You can still use TickTick as free account, but can not enjoy the features of Pro account any more.
